FAMILY FRIDAYS

 

Parents are invited to come and read with your child! Family Fridays are an excellent opportunity for parents to learn simple, yet effective strategies so they can support their children at home and help them to be successful at school. Family Fridays will take place on the first Friday of every month. 

 

The entire event is limited to one hour. Parents will meet in the auditorium at 7:35 a.m. Nicole Levinson will model an instructional strategy for you to practice with your children in the classroom and at home. At approximately 8:00 a.m. parents will go to their child’s classroom to read. At 8:30 a.m. we will meet in the auditorium for refreshments and a raffle. We will have coffee and muffins. All parents and family members are welcome to attend Family Fridays. Here are the Family Friday dates for the 2010-2011 school year. See you there!
