Ni Hao! My name is Sally Lowe. I am the Kindergarten Mandarin Immersion Teacher at Barnard Elementary School. This is my 15th year of teaching in public schools and my fourth year at Barnard. I enjoy working with young children and especially sharing with them my heritage language and culture. For the past three years at Barnard, I've been very impressed with my students' ability to learn a brand new language and what makes me proud of them is their enthusiasm and motivation in learning.
